Problem
Most of the delays and loss of money in the construction world are due to miscommunication and little understanding of each others disciplines.
Design Goal
Bring all the stakeholders on the same page enhancing the collaboration and the communication through visualisation.
Strategy
We envision Barco to reach the goal in 3 steps/horizons. During the project and the design process, SCRUM Framework and AGILE Methodology has been followed. We used to work on Sprints and iterate on the validation of our assumptions.
Concept
An experience package of tools for a collaborative environment of which Barco will be the main visual facilitator.
To communicate our concept to the company we created three posters, one, brochure and a prototype of the Barco truck (the collaboration room on the road, available for ON and OFF site).
