Graduation Project (short) Presentation

Understanding the complexity of scaling social innovations across diverse cultural contexts.

Data have been retrieved from different sources, by talking and collaborating with multiple social entrepreneurs and bottom-up initiatives, and by using different research methods; those have been mapped and clustered in 'themes' and an iterative Thematic Analysis has been conducted.

The main challenges of social innovators has been summarised and clustered in 3 scaling barriers.

The Pillars of Social Innovations and Scalability Criteria identified during the research and visualised in a Framework.

The Scaling Process visualised as Framework for social innovators

This process map resulted from the analysis and interpretation of data collected during the research part.
